EXCHANGE - RETURN POLICY
We apply Exchange Policy (for eligible items) Only.
No Refund is applicable.
- Our Exchange policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.
- To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the code ticket attached and the return only occurs in our SK Bijoux Branches.
- To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, is not eligible for exchange.
Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery, is not eligible for exchange.

Only regular priced items may be exchanged.
Unfortunately Sale items or Items on special promotion or clearance items CANNOT BE EXCHANGED.
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and Exchange is only applied in any of our Stores and Branches, physically.
